10:00 - 10:50  Off-ice training with ESN training staff

11:00 - 11:45 Lunch

12:00 - 1:30  On-ice PEP session

1:30 - 1:50  Snack / change

2:00 - 2:50  Off-ice Stickhandling

3:00 - 3:50  On-ice Stickhandling and shooting instruction*

*Due to the lengthy nature of the camp, the last ice session is optional, particularly for the younger campers.
