EYHA HOUSE AND TRAVEL PROGRAM REGISTRATION FOR 2012-13 SEASON

Alert: For those who paid their EYHA Fees by credit card on the 3 and 5 Payment Plan

The Merchant Store had an issue mapping over the CVA# for many of the 3 and 5 payment plan credit card transactions. As the result, the following action is being taken to recover these fee payments:

September Payments will be taken on January 31, 2013
October Payments will be taken on February 28, 2013.
November Payments were taken on December 6, 2012
December Payments will be taken on December 30, 2012 (as originally scheduled)

EYHA is offering online registration for house and travel programs for the 2012-13 season. You can do everything online, including registering for your USA Hockey number, filling out and submitting required forms and processing your payment. No paper checks will be accepted.

The most important thing for you to do during the online registration process is to complete every section in order and follow the directions carefully. If you do this, you should be just fine. If you have any questions or run into any problems, contact the Webmaster, who will respond to you by email or phone as soon as possible. Get started below!

1. Register for your 2012-13 USA Hockey Registration Number

The USA Hockey Registration fee is $40 per person (exception, birth year 2006 and after is $0, but you still have to register). If a participant plays and coaches he/she pays only one registration fee.

*You will need this number prior to registering for any EYHA program. Also, EYHA builds its contact database through the information you provide in the USA Hockey registration. If you are interested in receiving EYHA updates to more than one email, please include them in the USA Hockey registration.

To complete the USA Hockey registration process, please proceed as follows:

Click on the "Ice Players and Coaches" option.
Click the box acknowledging that you are 18 or older.
IMPORTANT: Select the correct season - 2012-2013.
Follow the prompts and fill in all data correctly.
Print your confirmation page. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation from USA Hockey. Take note of your registration confirmation number. It is a series of 9 numbers and 5 letters. You will need your USA Hockey Registration Confirmation to complete your EYHA registration below.

2. Begin your Registration with the Erie Youth Hockey Association

New Skater and ADM Division Registration is now Closed.

Complete the following documents and submit them online.

3. Process your Payment Online.

You will have the option to choose to pay by credit card or electronic check and can choose a one time payment with 5% discount, a three-payment, or a five-payment plan. If you pay by credit cards all deductions will be taken from your designated credit card. If you choose electronic checking, all deductions will be taken from your designated banking account.

If you are registering more than one player, you must register them individually and process separate, online payments.

Pick Your Division Below. This will take you to the online payment area. When you get there, review carefully and choose the applicable payment plan. Once you have completed your payment, you will be returned to the EYHA website.

For players with sponsors! Do not process your payment using one of the buttons below. We are in the process of creating specific payments buttons for you with exact amounts you owe, minus the sponsor money. If you have any questions, please contact Maria Bartell. Travel Program

This registration area is for travel players who have already tried out and been chosen for a team.

If you are registering more than one player, you must register them individually and process separate, online payments.
